Billing it as “A Sci-Fi Destination,” Amazon.com has launched Cosmotopia. The portal features books, DVDs, toys, and other paraphernalia, and you can download episodes of SF TV series.

There’s some nice associated content such as SF-related podcasts and excerpts from the Amazon blog, plus widgets like the “Shop by World” map that lets you click on a fictional planet to see items tagged with related terms.

Great…another time sink.
