Cute stuff, but I was amazed at the claim that recent Democratic presidential hopeful Chris “Call me Stodgy” Dodd had dated Carrie Fisher in ’83 at the height of her SW success. In verifying this claim I found out that Carrie Fisher was born four months after I was. Having seen Carrie on TV recently, this fact made me feel really, really good. Apparently the Dodd/Fisher thing wasn’t a fluke; at one time Dodd and Bianca Jagger were an item. Regardless, Dodd dating Princess Leia has *got* to trump Kucinich’s UFO sighting.
