There was much quoting of statistical data regarding hard radiation on cell structure and much citing of extremophilic organisms on Earth, not to mention a protracted wrangle as to what &#8220;successful&#8221; meant for a species.*<\/p>\n<p>I have no idea what normal couples argue about.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Father&#8217;s Day, Shadow!  I&#8217;m happy to have helped perpetuate your genetic material.<\/p>\n<p>*Me: Successful means it passes its DNA to the next generation, period.  Him: They have to have evolved to the level where they&#8217;re capable of inventing the iPod.
