When I first ran across this item I stared very hard at the date stamp to make sure that I wasn’t reading an errant April Fool’s post. Sadly, everybody’s serious.

Let me stress that this is not a sequel, it’s a remake. This time around the rock band is called Atomic Gorillas rather than Wyld Stallions, and their time traveling brings them into contact with Gandhi and Calamity Jane. The new film reportedly features an updated script with plenty of “modern references” (for instance, Bill & Ted are worried that they’re going to miss The Dark Knight).

I’ll be over here in a corner, rocking back and forth and whimpering softly, if anyone should need me.
